That’s exactly why I created The Lifted Lens Podcast — a photography business podcast for family and newborn photographers who want to grow their business with more clarity and confidence.
Why I Created The Lifted Lens Podcast
Over the last few years, as my photography business has grown, I’ve had so many conversations with other photographers who feel like they’re figuring things out alone.
And honestly — I remember that feeling so clearly.
Looking at other photographers and wondering if they knew something I didn’t.
Feeling unsure about raising my prices.
Second guessing my offers.
Trying to grow my business while also being present for my family.
For a long time I thought confidence would just magically appear one day.
But what I eventually realised is that confidence doesn’t come first.
Clarity does.
Clarity around your pricing.
Clarity around the kind of sessions you want to shoot.
Clarity around how your business fits into your life.
Once that started to fall into place for me, everything changed — and it made me realise how powerful it can be to share those lessons with other photographers who are on the same path.
